Elyse's journey to entrepreneurship was driven by her desire for a better work-life balance after the birth of her son, combined with her dissatisfaction with a job she didn't love. While the early years of her business demanded constant attention and even saw her juggling work with the birth of her second child, the experience taught her valuable lessons about the importance of self-care and creating a healthy work environment.
Today, Elysium Marketing Group has carved out a niche for itself, specializing in food and franchises. This focus came after Elyse recognized the entrepreneurial spirit and opportunities in the franchise industry, and it has led to substantial growth for her company.
Elyse attributes her agency's success to her phenomenal team, emphasizing the importance of hiring the right people for the right roles. She believes in treating her team with kindness and understanding, fostering a culture of flexibility that caters to their individual needs and circumstances.
