Dana Williams is a passionate advocate for personal transformation through purpose-driven living. With over 25 years of experience at Southwest Airlines in leadership, operations, brand marketing, and CliftonStrengths development, Dana brings a wealth of expertise to her current roles as a strategic marketing advisor, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, leadership development facilitator, and founder.
During her tenure at Southwest Airlines, Dana led teams through various challenges, from brand acquisitions to launching marketing talent development programs. This rich experience laid the foundation for her current mission: guiding difference makers to impact the world by focusing on their unique talents.
Driven by this passion, Dana founded Dana Williams Co, a consulting company dedicated to building tools and experiences that help leaders and coaches live in their purpose. She is also the creator of The Strengths Journalā„¢, the only Gallup-certified daily planning journal designed to help leaders leverage their strengths and optimize their day. Additionally, Williams developed the Personal Strengths Brand Workshop, a unique intensive brand workshop focused on individual CliftonStrengthsĀ®.
