David Klein currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent at Spirit Airlines. He brings 15 years of experience across diverse industries and in a variety of business environments. David is skilled in aligning leaders, culture, and teams to drive results, with a specialty in the areas of Learning & Organizational Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Recognition, Engagement, Culture, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Prior to joining Spirit, David worked in Human Resources at Carnival Cruise Line and QVC. In addition to his HR background, David serves as President of Recognition Professional International.
