In honor of this month’s theme of gratitude, we’re sharing stories of those who have answered the call to serve others.

Joining me in this week’s episode of Dominate Your Day is Diana Mao Kelly, co-founder and president of Nomi Network, an organization that’s breaking the cycle of human trafficking by empowering women with job skills and economic opportunity. Nomi Network partners with communities in Cambodia, India, and the U.S. to train and employ survivors and those at risk of trafficking, helping them build stability, confidence, and independence.

Nomi’s approach focuses on the long-term — not just rescuing women, but equipping them for a sustainable future. Through workforce development, trauma-informed employer training, and community partnerships, Nomi Network creates real pathways out of exploitation and into meaningful careers. Diana shared how their programs have already impacted over 27,000 women, and how the ripple effect of one empowered woman can transform families and entire communities.

Our conversation was a powerful reminder that when we invest in people — especially those society has overlooked — we unlock their potential to change the world. To learn more or get involved, visit nominetwork.org.
