In December of 2014 she ended a long-term relationship, quit her job, and moved across the country back to her home state, Texas.  She hit the “reset” button on life and started sharing her journey on her Instagram account, @meredithtx. Since then, Meredith has traveled all over the world solo and found a passion for helping other women along their self-empowerment journeys. She earned her MBA from Southern Methodist University and has built her career working for companies like IBM, Southwest Airlines, and PepsiCo.
