How did Jen come up with the name 304 Coaching? As she recounted, the name emerged from a serendipitous encounter with a friend who sought her expertise for an executive coaching opportunity. With only 24 hours to prepare, Jen improvised and chose her lucky number, 304, as the temporary moniker. Seven years later, the name remains.

One of the key takeaways from our discussion was the critical role of self-awareness and continuous learning in leadership development. Jen shared insights from her use of tools like the Leadership Circle Profile and OAD (Organizational Analysis & Design) in helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential.

Jen also highlighted the growing importance of neuroscience in the workplace, particularly in understanding the impact of fear on decision-making and performance. By reducing fear and fostering psychological safety, leaders can tap into the creative potential of their teams and drive sustainable results.
