Marc A. Nivet, EdD, MBA, has served as the Executive Vice President for Institutional Advancement at UT Southwestern Medical Center since September 2016. A nationally renowned thought leader and highly regarded fundraiser, Dr. Nivet leads an extensive team which works to elevate awareness, improve engagement, and build relationships to advance the academic medical center’s mission.

Dana Williams will serve as the panel moderator for this event. She is a leadership identity expert, Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, and owner of Dana Williams Consulting, with more than 25 years of leadership experience at Southwest Airlines.
Through her consulting, speaking, and workshops, she and her team help high-achieving leaders and their employees align who they are with how they lead and work.
