Listen on:
In celebration of Women’s History Month, we helped host “Accelerating Women’s Wellbeing,” a live panel discussion held on March 3 at the AT&T headquarters in Dallas.
These panel leaders joined an incredible group of women to discuss the five dimensions of wellbeing:
- Career Wellbeing: Vanessa Peace, VP of Marketing Strategy at the American Cancer Society
- Social Wellbeing: Rachel Simon, Privacy Executive at AT&T
- Physical Wellbeing: Dr. Gloria Salvo, founder of Return to Wholeness
- Financial Wellbeing: Michelle George, Community Relations Leader at Bank of Texas
- Community Wellbeing: Mariana Fagnilli, founder of The Fagnilli Group
In part 2 of this two-part podcast series, you’ll hear about:
- How organizations can be thoughtful about creating opportunities for women to grow and excel
- Advice for handling salary negotiations
- The value of listening to our bodies’ needs
- The importance of networking for career growth
- Finding purpose in your career, no matter where you work
This conversation would not have been possible without our panel leaders and our sponsors AT&T and Women We Admire. We are so grateful for their commitment to advancing women’s wellbeing!
