Julia Henning combines her background in psychology and life coaching to help clients build lives that align with their authentic selves. Realizing a gap in the coaching industry, she moved beyond traditional goal-setting or emotional therapy to create a holistic approach that blends both. As a lifestyle designer, Julia guides clients to connect with their core values, vision, and desired daily feelings, crafting a blueprint for a fulfilling life based on authenticity.

Her own journey took a pivotal turn after leaving a toxic theater production in pursuit of something more aligned with her true calling. Embracing her role as a healer, Julia pursued a master’s degree in psychology, and through a serendipitous connection with a life coach, she entered the coaching world. Despite early challenges, she quickly built her own business and developed a mindset of embracing what feels right rather than adhering to external definitions of success.

Now, Julia’s work is centered around helping people embrace ease and authenticity, shedding the need for constant hustle. Through her coaching programs, retreats, and her new book, It Gets to Be Easy (If You Let It), she encourages individuals to trust their intuition, focus on alignment, and design lives that feel good rather than conforming to societal expectations.
