Tara dives into her methods for addressing imposter syndrome. Drawing from neurofeedback training insights, she developed a 90-day systematic program focused on calming the nervous system and changing the brain's perception of identity threats.  

She emphasizes that imposter syndrome isn't a medical syndrome but rather a learned belief that can be unlearned. Her program helps individuals separate their identity from their actions, leading to increased self-acceptance, authenticity, and resilience. Tara's approach avoids equipment, relying on training, exercises, and one-on-one sessions to achieve significant improvements in how clients perceive themselves and their capabilities. 

Ultimately, Tara aims to provide hope and reassurance to leaders, emphasizing that imposter syndrome is common, not a personal flaw, and something that can be overcome through targeted intervention.
