In this episode of the Dominate Your Day podcast, Liz Haberberger, President of Dale Carnegie Training of St. Louis & Kansas City, shares the wisdom she's gained from her career journey as a teacher to a business owner.

Liz shares the pivotal moment when, as she worked for Dale Carnegie, she was given the opportunity to buy the company, though she had no experience owning a company. Despite fear and uncertainty, she said yes—and figured it out along the way. That bold decision became a defining moment in her career and a powerful example of taking risks to create growth and impact.

Liz offers listeners this piece of advice: “Do those things that scare you. Say yes. You might not have the perfect plan or the perfect skillset, but you have a plan or a skillset that could work. And so say yes and then figure it out later.”

This episode is a must-listen for anyone looking to grow as a leader, take necessary risks, and make a meaningful impact in their community.
